We begin with your enquiry and a private consultation to understand your wedding, timings, location, bridal party and vision.
Your personal proposal
Following consultation, you will receive a written proposal setting out the services, timings, travel, investment and any additional artists for your celebration.
Securing your date
A date is not secured until the proposal and full terms have been accepted and the stated retainer has cleared. Availability may change before then.
Balance
Your personal proposal sets out the remaining balance and due date.
Postponement and cancellation
If plans change, please contact the atelier promptly. Our Refunds and Cancellations policy explains notice periods, postponements, cancellation charges and refunds. Your Bridal Commission Agreement includes the arrangements for your individual commission.
Your full terms
Your full terms are provided with your personal proposal and must be accepted before your date is secured.
